It is very nice but mine has developed some troubles with the right hand side motion so it will affraid its going to have to go back :( bit annoyed but they are REALLY good locos in looks but i think mine is a one off. i got this one as i model southern region and it was based at Eastleigh although im sure a green one will be around at some point next year

About time somebody got a video of the new 3mt on here, looks very good. I'm looking at gettin the BR Green version next January, but Hattons put the price up yesterday. Now I've seen this though, the BR Early Black looks good - it will match my Fairburn 4mt come to think of it....

If the Rev. W. Audry had this model instead of a 57xx, I think he'd make this "Duck"

@ptb8751 yes very true even the replacement one is a wobbily so will just have to live with it! i can also think of a word that rhymes with duck that descdribes it LOL

Do you think perhaps the centre driver is a fraction 'out of centre'? It might go better on a layout than on rollers should you ever get the opportunity. I find lots of RTR models have one or more imperfect drivers but still run OK.

Well ROb i have looked at it more carefully and have noticed the crosshead modling was out of place and the retern crank has dropped down witch has gave it a slight limp the drivers are are in centre its just the motion :( bit peed off!

Its the way of running them in by showing there turn of speed and having no roundy roundy layout or layout at all at the moment
