using the resaw king blade on the LT16 bandsaw from laguna tools to mill some 1/4" strips from a 2"x6"...these strips will be used in a future hollow wooden surfboard...this tool is a great performer and one of the best i have used...

  • @TheVrtigo1 The whole idea of using the bandsaw to resaw is because the kerf is much thinner and therefore there is less than half of the waste compared to even a thin-kerf tablesaw blade.

  • Have to ask...since this board is only 2" thick, why aren't you ripping it on a table saw?

  • I have to say, I've been wondering if a resawn blade would be best for my slat on my hollow wooden boards. What size blade are you using for that and does it flex much in the cut?
