parking and taking off of road is one issue, but the other thing is that if you have a such car parked on the street, i am sure you will see someone else taking it and flying away in a second.

They're just unable to fold up and become street legal. They have wheels and ride on the ground at first making them a road vehicle/aircraft.

Seriously.... you will need a license to fly the damned thing and a HUGE roadway so whats the point if you can't take off while you're driving on a highway and your destination by road is approx 6 hours... You'd still have to go to a freaking airport to take off so it's just like any other plane.
