On Sunday the Costas took me to Yemanja for some Mariscada de Peixe. It is a traditional dish from Bahia and it was filling and awesome. It is served hot that is for sure. This one was the seafood combo full of soft shell crab, lobster, shrimp, oysters and thick fish fillets. On the side of course was pirao, farofa, and rice. They had a hot house salsa on the table that I wanted to take home in a bottle but it was not an option. I recommend the place. It was packed and full of large groups mostly. Right on the coast on the Atlantic side of Salvador.
