Did you mean "could" take advantage of it", instead of "couldn't"?

its theoretical. Of course (right now) Computers don't have room for 16TB of RAM, but if you could put it in, Snow Leopard couldn't take full advantage of it. Its called 64-bit (x64).
In the near future, we will be using terabytes more commonly than gigabytes.
