Frank "HIV positive" to "HIV negative"

I met Frank at an HIV support club just outside Kampala in 2009. After being there for some time I learned that Frank is "HIV negative". Today he tests "positive" and explains why here. His English is poor which is why there are some subtitles missing but one can get the points he makes.

@hitcan79 No problem replying at this end. Perhaps a reason people are not easy to communicate with is because they don't stick to facts. Leave House of Numbers aside the growing contradictions, inconsistencies and ommisions remain as thorns in the side of what we have been fed as baby talk for 30 years. Starting with the tests; they have not ''saved''' lives, but harmed and killed. Abortions, divorces, murder and suicides. More so in Africa of course.

@hitcan79 Why? Those tests were never scientifically validated. You may as well be suggesting EVERYONE go and get an e-meter reading. DAs are having to throw their "hiv" criminal cases out of court because criminal defense attorneys have got a hold of the test kit disclaimers. It's only a matter of time before the personal injury attorneys do too.

Here's a stipulation about which group should be tested, EVERYONE should get tested, that's what I think

@hitcan79 You didn't stipulate which group of people should test. You wouldn't want to discriminate now would you. I agree get all those ''confirmed positive'' t people, on meds/not on meds o retest and perhaps we can celebrate seeing how many have miraculously ''cured'' themselves.

@hitcan79 So we are both in denial about safe vaccine , safe treatment , cure or how ''HIV'' actually infects T cells? Its comforting to know that we can agree on something isn't it? How many leading ''experts'' are there working on these ''challenges'' on behalf of our health?
