We often see clouds like this rolling over the Northern Presidentials, driven by prevailing west and northwest winds. However, it is very rare to see the same thing happen over the Wildcat range, mostly because the wind direction necessary to move the clouds that direction is relatively rare. This footage was shot about an hour after sunrise.
