Hello and Welcome to this brief tutorial and video about UAD Compliant ClickFORMS.

Fannie May states clearly that none of the forms have changed. You will be able to use existing forms such as the URAR 1004 and 1073. What if you start with an old report, is your software intelligent enough to recognize that you want your old reports to be UAD compliant? Here is an example that may easily happen to an appraiser: Have you ever typed letters into the DOM field? For example, Unknown or N/A rather than a date? To be UAD compliant appraisers may not enter letters into number fields.
