Hello and Welcome to this brief tutorial and video about UAD Compliant ClickFORMS.
In the next few minutes, we'll show you how ClickFORMS has surpassed other software vendors in making sure that you, the appraiser, stays focused on appraising instead of worrying about UAD compliancy.
Bradford Technologies has elected to take a very different approach towards UAD compliancy.
So...let's take a look at some UAD features that set ClickFORMS apart from all other software venders... and why appraisers call ClickFORMS the most innovative and productive software in the industry:
The very first function you should evaluate is how easy it is to update your software. Can you update your software with One Click? Do you have to update for hours? Do you have to call support to update your software, or do you need instructions?

With ClickFORMS, all it takes is 15 minutes right from wherever you are in ClickFORMS. Click on 'Update" ... it will download and update for you automatically.. Just Sit and Relax, No Need to Call customer support or download access codes from obscure 'labs' that make you go through their user-unfriendly downloading process!

Fannie May states clearly that none of the forms have changed. You will be able to use existing forms such as the URAR 1004 and 1073. What if you start with an old report, is your software intelligent enough to recognize that you want your old reports to be UAD compliant? Or do you struggle to look through buttons and menus to be UAD compliant?

NOT with ClickFORMS. You can continue to use your old forms such as a 1004 and 1073. ClickFORMS will prompt you if you want to make your existing report UAD compliant. No other software vendor manages the start of a UAD compliant report in this way. It's unique to ClickFORMS!

Do you need to read the manual and attend countless training classes just to learn new UAD rules? Do you really need to remember what C1, C2, C3 are .. and what Q1,Q2s are ?

Here is an example that may easily happen to an appraiser: Have you ever typed letters into the DOM field? For example, Unknown or N/A rather than a date? To be UAD compliant appraisers may not enter letters into number fields.

Clickforms will not let you make such mistakes. You cannot enter any letters in number fields. If you want DOM to be Unknown just click a box, one easy step to comply, no chance for error or revisions or increased turn times.

Is your software smart enough to automatically correct your error or will it simply tell you you've made a mistake, ask you to read manuals so you can attempt to do it right over, and over again?

What if you enter 1.5 baths instead of the required 1.1 bath for a bathroom and another ½ bathroom?
With ClickFORMS, you don't need to worry as the software provides an intuitive interface that allows the appraiser to select the appropriate bathrooms, and then puts these into the correct UAD format for the appraiser.
Bradford Technologies has redesigned the 1004 for UAD. The Bradford Technologies UAD Power User Module will let you enter data as you are used to and will transfer data into UAD requirements as the GSE has defined them.

The ClickFORMS UAD Power User interface is a redesigned 1004 appraisal report that dramatically improves an appraiser's productivity in meeting the stringent UAD data requirements. Bradford Technologies took a completely different approach to UAD than the competition. The company could have elected to simply "update" the forms, but didn't. Bradford Technologies understood how difficult UAD would be to its appraisers. A disruption in business would not be acceptable.

The redesigned URAR includes every new UAD data point as well as the existing URAR data fields. By redesigning the 1004, the clarity is restored to the appraiser's report while still meeting the new data requirements of the GSEs. This provides the GSEs with the data they need, while the appraisers, lenders and borrowers get a clear, concise, appraisal report that is completely readable and understandable.

PS: UAD stands for Uniform Appraisal Dataset
