PNB tends to fiercely protect it's work, especially Nutcracker, as a way to keep audiences coming to the theater. They probably didn't release some copyright issues.

Reed Flutes is my very favorite dance in the nutcracker, although i don't think Clara should of been in the dance, still looks nice but i don't think the dance needed her in it it should of juss been the four. I still love this though(:
