honestly I really hate Cody in this episode; he's just so immature. He makes it look like Bailey's such a terrible person, cheating on him and all (when all she did was hug a dude), not even bothering to consider her feelings. I liked the ending though, how he finally realizes how much of a jerk he was.
But really Cody, you had to kill her off?
