Noel's House Party - Noel returns

The start of the first House Party to feature Noel Edmonds after his much publicised falling-out with the BBC over the content of the show. The previous Saturday had seen a compilation repeated, and this first live show was filled with Gotcha highlights from previous years, whilst the content of the show was reworked before being relaunched the week after.

Does anyone happen to have the unfortunate moment from the next week's first full return of the show, where an elaborate NTV setup involving two neighbours resulted in disaster, as a wobbly dark shot of the outside of a back door was accompanied by a soundtrack of what seemed to be almost domestic violence, where the intented victim is heard aggressively calling his partner a f****** c***? That REALLY happened, for those who didn't see it. Noel had to apologise.

Can anyone identify the "young chap" alluded to by Noel in this clip, who had introduced the show the week before in his absence?

The previous week was a compilation show, so I think it's just a joke on Noel's part that doesn't really work (i.e. he's referring to himself)

I loved this theme tune. Can't seem to find it anywhere online. Was there a long version of it? This intro seemed a bit shorter than I remember. Anyone any vids?

There was a much longer version, it was progressively chopped shorter and shorter. I'll try and get it online at some point.

NHP was always revolutionary. Always cleverly produced and never afraid to take risks that would get people talking. Lets not forget some of the NHP episodes we see now on youtube are nearly 20 years old now. They still don't look dated. We will never have TV like this again in this country. Truly the best.
