This person has a very bad case of inverted knees. I have it too. If I stand straight and lock my knees the bend backwards quite far. As do my elbows. My brother has the same condition. You would never know unless we showed you. It makes running almost impossible because the knee naturally wants to bend backwards, resulting in a lot of pain and cartilage damage. Its not very fun.

This is just a guy walking on his hands and feet with his back downwards towards the pavement. He has a mask on with the face of the mask on his neck.

It is an actual person, I've seen a documentary on him, he has a rare bone condition or something where his knees are essentially inverted. It is creepy, but ya. Normal dude with bad mutation.
