There's a reason why people only bring up "male empowerment" when female equality is brought up, and that's because it's a bullshit, reactionary term. It's not in the name of equality, it's in the name of status quo. But eh, just like gay rights somehow infringe on religious people, some people need to believe that females can't gain any ground without men losing some.

Justice Sotomayor is not only a remarkable person and brilliant Justice, but she is also a down to earth sensitive human being. She is a vivid example of the true American Dream.

People who disagree with you, and voice that disagreement, are not throwing tantrums. It's far more likely that you're simply too weak to face the fact that not everyone believes the way you do. Just admit that you hate women and move on.

It seems obvious to me that qwalpo99 is simply trying to rationalize his own resentment toward women. The kind of doubletalk he's putting forth here is typical of people who think they're intelligent trying to justify their own pathetic prejudices.

Ahem. I am a Professional Princess. I grew up to be a small business owner, and I successfully throw themed birthday parties and events, including princess parties, where I get to dress up like a princess. A career doesn't have to mean giving up your dreams. The best career is the one that doesn't ignore what you ACTUALLY want.

Why are there twice as many homeless/unemployed men as there are women? Why do boys drop out of school far more? Where's the emphasis on their learning? Why does the government ignore boys natural forms of learning?
I believe in equality, for males and females, and you should too.

Google 'The Misandric Bubble' and you'll see that boys/men have it far worse.

There is a clear lack of emphasis on boys, and it begins in the classroom. The idea of counteraction is bigoted, since now it's all about empowering girls. I don't know about you but feminism was created to (a) tax the whole population, and (b) break apart the family unit. Face it, most jobs in the world are still predominated by men (not by choice), yet where's the male empowerment to show for it. Boys and girls should both be encouraged EQUALLY.

you think there is a lack of emphasis on boys? videos like this are created to counteract decades of ignorance and dismissal regarding little girls, their ambitions and potential. do you know how it feels to have people assume you can and would never be a scientist, a doctor or a lawyer because of your gender? even if you outperform your peers? sit back and actually observe how society treats women instead of deciding based on your experiences as a man.

Sometimes the difference comes down to biology. There are women who I went to school with who decided not to work for 2-3 years because they wanted children. That was their choice, but I find many of them are bitter because their male peers have moved on and been promoted and they had to either accept the same position or move down the ladder. Once they have the children, they can't put in the hours that this profession demands if you want to advance. I think it's fair, nobody forced them.

Most women can't fight. Most women can't lift more than 50 pounds. Most women that are anything like Sonia are bigoted feminists (the evil white male nonsense, same white males that built this country). I guess you have to love the fact that women can't plow fields but they sure can go to work in our well developed society (thanks to the white male).
