Note the many "gags" she injects into this video--the cute, childlike litte quirks you often have to look sharp to pick up:

A quick shrug or two, a tilt of her head, a flex of her hands while she "says" a line instead of singing, or a simple amused raise of her eyebrows--all of which multiply her already considerable charm.

In short...she's not afraid to laugh internally at herself.

Let this be a lesson to aspiring music-video starletts:

You can go the Lady-Gaga/Britney-Spears route, and pack your videos with raunchy, vulgar dance routines and overal depravity--and end up looking like an insecure, desparate controversy-addict--

Or you can follow the example of a master. Miss Bardot here looks completely satisfied with herself, content in her femininity, unashamed and unapologetic about being a WOMAN. She sees no need to be an aggressive "tomboy".
