Download GMA Booster - it'll increase the integrated graphics from 160mhz to 400mhz - meaning more framerate!
Also adding more memory wouldn't hurt either! Make sure to defrag or format once monthly

@psiduckpato good graphics dont lag when u play multiplayer, only when u player SP bcuz the computer also has to load the ai and the levels plus the graphics so it puts alot of stress on ur computer
