    Happy I discovered this film. Like Youtube due to this sort of information.My best friend had been bullied. He stated he was gonna get bigger. I chuckled... Right up until shortly after that he packed on 40 pounds of complete muscle. He tried the Muscle Building Bible - look in Google. Not a soul dares to bully the man anymore. :)

    I actually signed up earlier this week. Not to mention this guys emails are fascinating!!!
