Accucraft live steam, radio controlled, K-27 pulls 5 Jackson Sharp passenger cars on the Big Bear Steam Railway. Music: Train Ride (With CjHoose) by Audiologic
On the small narrow gauge track the K- 27 was famed for derailing, bouncing along the rail like a hen. The K-27 came at the end of regular narrow gauge service and would normally be only hauling wood, ore, or coal.
It was stumbling into this video that inspired me to aquire my own Accucraft live-steamer. I love my little train. Thanks trainav8r for sharing the joy and inspiring me to experience it for myself.
Tfhe whistle is a frame mounted, two-chime, resonator device from Weltyk Whistles. It is radio controlled using a park flyer servo on the whistle valve.

True, the wobbly movement on the uneven narrow gauge tracks caused the loco to bounce. From that, it was given the name "Mudhen."
