Nothing great,just my 1st week feeling some high box squats.Haven't squatted in forever.These felt very easy.I'll probably do these high squats for a few weeks before switching back to full squats.
Hey just a tip, I realize its box squat, but the bench is still to high. it should be at about the 2 on your rack. You should use something else as your box. 495 x 10.. Freshman HS
That is a great set. I tried those in my rack, for a couple of sets, but my adjustable bench is higher than the normal flat bench. I am going to try to use a milk crate or something. Great idea for getting back into heavy squats!
