@MrDeputysmith Sorry!! Not true!! When threatened with arrest; if this guy said back "if you have that right and choose to arrest me I will not resist" but I demand to speak to a CO or an officer in charge, the whole situation would have ended. It is against OUR LAW to detain and question the public without probable cause. Stopping people and questioning them without probable cause lies somewhere between "police state and martial law. Hopefully we have not reached that point yet!!

Agents were NOT in the wrong here, that whiney so called (former marine) in the back seat made the detention possible by delaying a lawful immigration checkpoint. These checkpoints are for investigating and determining alienage. They are within the radius of the the border to have this checkpoint. In addition, this checkpoint is important as many load vehicles in the US pick up illegal aliens and drugs and transport them further north into AZ. Waste of time kid!!
