We can say whatever we want about Castro, but this is a man of firm convictions and principles. It took a lot of that to withstand the special period. In the early 90's, Cuba was alone in the world but did not give in. The true character of a person or nation is revealed not in times of prosperity and plenty but in times of scarcity and calamity. Cuba already passed that test. Some wish for the passing of Castro. But, The Cuban Revolution is based on principles , not on one man!
