  • yeh i know cos i listened to wont get fooled again on the film and on the cd and the drum solo at the end sounds different at the end.

  • which one is the real performance i wonder...

  • I thought this was Shepperton?

  • nah. kilburn. they filmed this concert at kilburn and it came out horribly (i personally think its magnificent, but thats just what the band thinks) so they rented out and eventually bought shepperton sound studios because they decided to film a better concert for "The kids are alright". appearently if you listen to the versions of "Won't get fooled again" and "Baba O'riley" on that movie, the drum track isn't keith. they recorded a different drum track to put into it.

  • @tonymontana1229 no it's 1977

  • "who the fuck are you?" classic!

  • @amorrisseyprodromou ---they changed it, I have the original LP of KAAR, the new cd is different, they over dubbed or something, very disturbing, especially since I watched KAAR in the theater 20 times when it came out, it is imprinted on my brain and being a drummer myself I can hear it

  • @jaquestotite

    those things are like $15,000!!

  • Got to love the Alembic.

  • This is at Killburn, 1978

  • i love the way pete sings the chorus in this version and i even like the way roger sings the song here too i know its messy but i still like the sound.

  • they played little jams of "Who are you" starting in 1976, very late in the year. there is an audio recording of the toronto show you are referring to, all that they do is play the chorus to "Who Are you" in various forms for about a minute.

  • Of course I will!

  • @ludehead

You better have a belly full of 'ludes and gin!

    I know I will.
