This judge's ruling on Florida's drug law represents the best opportunity to "get out of jail" for a drug conviction or terminate probation etc. This is not a loophole. A Federal District Judge handed down her ruling pertaining to this particular statue and if you or a loved one do not at least look into this you have no one to blame but yourself.
