Pokemon Heart Gold - Rival Battle #7 (Final)

Status of my team: Magneton Lv64, Typhlosion Lv64, Pidgeot Lv64, Rhydon Lv64, Tangrowth Lv64, Lapras Lv64

Before I say anything, I used a cheat to change the battle music just like in Soul Silver. And I'm following tradition.

We head to Indigo Plateau in hopes of fighting the Elite Four but before we do, we encounter our Rival named Brad and states that his new super-powered team will beat us and challenges us to a battle. Let's find out if he has what it takes.

He has a Lv55 Sneasel, Lv56 Alakazam, Lv55 Magneton, Lv58 Crobat, Lv58 Gengar and his last Pokemon is well... you already know.
If Totodile, it's Lv60 Meganium
If Chikorita, it's Lv60 Typhlosion
If Cyndaquil, it's Lv60 Feraligatr

Wow, Brad's team certainly has improved. If only his Sneasel and Magneton would have evolved then we could have a real challenge. Anyway, his team isn't that tough though for they have many weaknesses. For Sneasel, you can use Fighting-type attacks since it's four times weak against it while Alakazam and Gengar can go down with Dark-type moves. Crobat can get shocked up by Electric moves while Magneton can burn by Fire moves or shaken by Ground attacks. The last one depends so prepare yourself for anything and everything.

After that, the Rival feels that it isn't enough and decides to think more about his Pokemon. He only has one word of advice for us... "Try not to lose". Don't worry, you fight him on Mondays and Wednesdays which can help you train your Pokemon.

Okay guys, what should I do next? Should I do the Elite Four rematches or try to get rematches for all the Gym Leaders? It's up to you now.

Has anyone noticed that in this rival battle it plays the VS.champion battle music instead of the rival battle music?

@Tatsunokobrawl I noticed. I'm doing it for nostalgia sake because in the original GSC, you hear the Vs. Champion theme when you face him.

sulsilver is much easier than heart gold the victory road has NO trainers before you go to the exit you will battle your rival truely named silver and tha elite four has pokemon level 40 above so easy

Fizzylemon1 he righted him their cause when you go fight the elite 4 the second time he thinks he'll win but doesn't ok and plus the battle before is at dragons den and you and him team up to beat lance and clair I only used mewtwo to beat them easy but mewtwos not easy to catch mewtwos level 70
