Spendthrift Reagan's the reason George W. Bush crazily thought he could start TWO WARS and insanely CUT taxes at the same time! Repub. Reagan raised the debt ceiling 18 TIMES--leading Bush's Vice President, Cheney ( who flunked out of college the 1st time) to tell Bush, "Reagan proved deficits don't matter." !!?
