Washington State 46th Legislative Republican Distict Chairman Bob Guthrie addresses delegats to the 2010 46th Legislative Republican Caucus on March 20, 2010. The District Caucus was held on March 20, 2010 at Concordia School in Seattle, Washington. Guthrie has served as Chairm multiple times and for many years. He later was himself elected on the first ballot as a delegate to the 2010 Washington State Republican Party Convention in Vancouver, Washington. Guthrie will once again lead the 46th Legislative District Delegates as the floor leader. He will be joined by former State Representative Warren Peterson, Carl McNabb, and Bob Sundquist.
