I'm an atheist/naturalist/humanist so keep that in mind as I tell you this -- Christianity does not condone burning witches and the like because Jesus did not condone such behavior. This is why Chritianity is naturally a contradiction... because the bible claims jesus was god and yet god was the one who condoned violent behavior in the old testament yet somehow it is quite the opposite case in the new testament (assuming jesus was god in the context of the bible which is open to interpretation)

An yes they are some decent Christians who get persecuted. I've seen people have the shit beaten out of them just for wearing a cross or crucifix. THAT SAID I think most Christians play the victim card to often.

I have friends turned christian that look down on me as if i have no guidance yet i judge them none. I dont understand it either.
