  • I own a GXP hardtop coupe. How would they have known Pontiac would get axed while bringing this to market? Minimal changes needed to make the car. In the planning stages for a while. Faster than a Boxster 0-60 in 5.5 for 1/2 the price. For 30K it's super sharp, fast, lots of features: Bluetooth, XM, chrome 18's, 6-disc, all power, leather, etc. The removable cloth top fits in the trunk. Makes up for not being able to stow the hard top. Minimal compromises for a 2-seater. Snap it up. Head-turner.

  • Why would anyone expect the interior to be any different from the ragtop? Why the surprise by this guy? And if it looks like rain is in the forecast......LEAVE THE TOP ON EINSTEINS!!!!! Duh....and if there is no chance for rain....it's ok to leave the top in the garage.....what is the big deal? Oh that's right....it's an American car and folks need to go out of their way to bash it! Toyota quality and reliability has been slipping for 5 years now....and not a fucking peep from the import crowd.

  • @Tophairybutt Aahhh... "Top Hairy Butt"... nice name... reminds me of mounting your grandma... yup... what a hairy butt she had. You must STILL be smarting from not only that, but the fact that your anal-loving grandparents STILL don't detract from the fact that the Pontiac Solstice (once again, say it with me kiddies...) BEAT OUT EVERY RICER-MOBILE that there ever was. Truth hurts sometimes... (and so does hopping on your granny and reaming her a new one). You lose.

  • @casino555, it wouldn't surprise me that you are into necrophilia, since you are in little boys, like your father was. I can always tell when slow people like yourself know you've lost a valid arguement because you lower yourself into insulting people that are more intelligent. Enough said.

  • @Tophairybutt Funny that you're into crap ricers that spend more time in the shop, when our American-Made Pontiac Solstices are putting your wanna-be shit-mobiles to SHAME. Even your grandma (who knows the Solstice beats out your zzzz2000) knows the Solstice is faster... and don't forget... for 4 years OUTSOLD your cheap import ricers that can't even make it off the starting line. No homo here... your grandma can attest... I was bangin' her in the azz the other night, LOL...

  • @casino555, Sorry, but my name is not Charley. I am not familiar with the mx4 1/2, or the zzzz2000. When you say those other cars blow, I am guessing you mean they blow by your poorly made solstaz like your solstaz is going backward. As far as everyone buying a solstaz, you mean all of your homosexual boyfriends bought those cars, but I honestly don't know anybody that had bought one. So it seems that only your small circle of boyfriends are the only ones that had made the mistake of buying junk

  • @Tophairybutt Sorry, Charley... the GXP Solstice blows rings around the mx4 1/2, and the zzzz2000 (which puts me to sleep anyways...). Those other cars just... blow.

And, again, don't forget... #1 roadster for four years. Not built in the United States... SOLD in the United States. Yup, along with your little wanna be ricer-mobiles which LOST to the American-Made Pontiac Solstice. Maybe you didn't buy one... but everyone else did. You Lose.

  • @casino555, really? Then why is it the solstaz can not compete in any sports car races with the MX5 or S2000? I will tell you why. The car is not competitive at all, its just built for the american woman or feminine american man. The reliability factor is also very low, search Consumer Reports! Also, the solstaz is the "#1 selling roadster in its class"...this means the only roadster built in the states with a 4 cylinder engine. Just think about that, and don't buy into your american propoganda.

  • @Tophairybutt You are incorrect, the video is very correct. The Pontiac Solstice was the #1 selling roadster all four years (2006-2009) it was available. This was a widely known fact at the time. No other roadster came close.

  • the 2006-2009 Pontiac Solstice was assembled in

    Wilmington, Delaware

  • it looks like a crossfire.. also this is the original concept car

  • Great looking car. Shame about the boot and interior. I'd like to test one out.
