I remember being fond of this game. It was unusal compared to sonic 1 and 2 but i liked the new sprites, sounds and music.. Its better than every sonic game i have played since sonic 3d blast.

I once came within 2 or 3 hits of beating the last boss. When I lost I got so mad that I slammed my copy of Sonic Mega Collection on the floor and it BROKE. Luckily I have most of the original games on my Genesis.

This game is quite underrated. It used elements from the comics, like showing the extent of Robotnik's pollution and a fairly graphic look at the roboticization process.
