1) The area is called Trumptonshire, not Camberwick Green. Camberwick Green is the name of another village.
2) Camberwick Green was made before Trumpton and Chigley, so Windy Miller was in Camberwick Green first. He did appear in Chigley, but he is technically a Camberwick Green character.

Sorry, just need to correct myself. He made a guest appearance, in Chigley. That statement itself says he was not a Chigley character. We need to get this right, guys. Lives could depend on it.

@TheKMCW Camberwick Green was the name of the area, so to say- Chigley and Trumpton (the series prior to to Camberwick Green) are the town/village names within Camberwick Green- Windy first appeared in Chigley.
