His real name is Ignacio Sotomayor Román, and he is Spanish, Nacho Sotomayor got his break when Claude Challe included him in one of his "Buddha Bar" albums.
Sotomayor's music is ok in small doses as he can become repetitive, then again maybe I'ts me just getting old. The video is from Kerala India judging from the looks of the scenery
