you have to change your default setting pink. settings! see, the start and all the others are pink, not only photofiltre

you can also make your own spot (actually it's an orb) by making a new picture and going to filtre and radial mask. then copy all and paste as mask

You go to Filter, then go down to Other, and click on radial mask. :] Enjoy!
