In a Frenchtown neighborhood in the City of St. Louis called Soulard, the residents there celebrate Bastille Day. Bastille Day is the French Independence Day, where King Louis and Queen Marie Antoinette, in a horse drawn carriage, gets followed by a parade of "townsfolk" to their death, by beheading. This reenactment has been going on in Soulard for 10 plus years and still remains a tradition. "OFF WITH THEIR HEADS!" By Julie Price - InCityNews.com/soulard
