just bought an 07' avalanche two days ago. Fully loaded 4x4 and man it drives just like a cadillac. Absolutely love!

@MrOldeastdallas Possibly but looking at the build your own part of it on Chevy's website, says Vortec 5.3L V8 SFI FlexFuel Engine is standard in the LTZ model.

@Sniperman1964 I own a 2wd 07 Avalanche and wanted a z71 or 4x4, but the ride in the 2wd avalanche is very very smooth....

I test drove an 07 2WD similar to this, the A/C didn't work and the Information center was giving me some pretty impressive numbers to be believable, 4litre/100km going 60kmph down a gravel road.
