@gabeah It might not have been a fitness issue but a transition issue. He may have left his bike in high gear and didn't realize it until he clipped in, trying to push down with one leg on a hard gear. Probably not use to riding with one leg for bit until other leg clips in. But that had to hurt falling over.
you have to assume he's just completed the swim leg. he looks like hes exhuasted an d barely moving.. people are blowing by him, and he's out for a sunday stroll.
people like this are a liability to the course. i mean really, if you can't even throw a leg and do a rolling mount, i think there is more training to be done before your tri.
