AMD FX-6100 Unboxing

Despite its issues, I've got an FX-6100 on my hands (and am posting this video from it) - here's what it was like to take out of the box.

For those curious, I've overclocked it to 4.2 ghz - I could probably go higher but I am unwilling to go over 1.4 volts on a brand new chip.

@anaptyras only warning at the price you're probably going to get better performance from intel, but the processor works great, and has decent enough performance.

@bronxvirus honestly not sure - at stock speeds it'd likely be a close fight with the Phenom having the advantage, though I'd suspect that the FX would overclock better and potentially perform better in very heavily multithreaded applications.

@SuperMangn no worries mate you dont have to tell me more about pc specs .. i got another one insttead .. i5 2500K and a GTX 570 :D

@MyThePooP I've had good results with it. It's not the best in terms of instructions-per-cycle, but it clocks really quick and overclocks well. It's not as good as say, a Core i5, but it's certainly good enough to get the job done.
