How to make a fading spray for TF2 in GIMP

First off, SORRY SORRY SORRY for crappy video quality.

The files you need to use this tutorial:

Gimp 2.0 :http://www.gimp.org/

DDS plugin for Gimp: http://nifelheim.dyndns.org/~cocidius/dds/
Once downloaded, unzip the file and put the dds.exe file in
C:\Program Files\GIMP-2.0\lib\gimp\2.0\plug-ins (change to wherever you downloaded it if neccessary)

Download installer, install where ever.

There's a tutorial for making fading sprays on FPSbanana. To make sprays so that you see one from far and it fades into another one once you're close , you need DirectX SDK for it ( its 554mb~ and you need a Genuine Windows to dl it from microsoft actually ).
