I don't mean to bag on your video, but you skiped two measures.

I am upset that i can't find the soundtrack to the Genesis game all over YouTube.
Look yourself.
It is not possible to simply listen to the background music to each stage in Ghouls N' ghosts (Genesis) on YouTube! Only other versions and remixs :(

This game is freaking hella hard. I love the Super Grafx version of this game as well.

Ok, to clarify further: This video shows a track from the snes game done (by me) in a MD tracker called TFM.
As for difficulty, the bosses are easy and you can double jump so it evens out imo.

oooooooh. I see, I thought you were saying that the snes version is better overall, not just music. Like I said I played as a gameboy advance port so I got no slowdown whatsoever so I assumed the original snes version didn't slow down either, oh well. In conclusion, I guess we disagree after all because in my humble opinion the snes version looked nicer and was harder(I like difficulty) because I felt there was more randomized enemy popups and you couldn't shoot straight up.
Is this Mega Drive "Tracker" business (I think you called it TFM) all you need to create sound tracks like this? This one is superb, and for a good year or two i've always wanted to make "fairly old-school" music tracks like you have in your Classics/Medley videos, they're far superior to the modern fluff you get. Rarely is a modern game remembered for a soundtrack, the primary one in my mind would have to be Final Fantasy 7.
I try and use FruityLoops but the result is not very convincing...!

Yeah, TFM Music Maker is the full name of the tracker. It emulates the FM synth part of the Genesis sound chip so you can make very authentic sounding music with it. As long as you know how to work a tracker and have some patience there's nothing to stop you from doing it :) Glad you liked the track.
I don't know FL very well but I know there's something called VOPM which (I think) is a genesis sample pack. You might want to go that route because it's tough to make good drums in TFM.
