I just can't believe it. Xbox users, don't be offended, but Xbox's Hardware is crap. However, it has the most awsome games. How come my computer with a quad-core i5 and radeon gpu is nowhere near. Even if the xbox gpu is fast, i see now way how the cpu can keep up., so @devilanshuman, You wouldn't be able to play games with such a wek processor.

No, the xbox was based on powerpc x86.

Protip. Go with PC, cause at least then, you can run x64 on it, and get more than .5gb of ram

That's bs. Plenty of people are playing games... Some work and some don't, but alot works. In fact I regularly play many of my old games using dosbox on Linux. I have Linux and also a 360 and between them my gaming needs are met. However I do also have a life ;-)

@ReaverMMA The point is that you will be able to install a modern OS on outdated hardware. This means the user can use the xbox as a file server, webserver, firewall, router, security system or anything else that crosses his mind. The useless old machine is becoming useful again. Not much good for the non-technical, but for anyone who is technical it's always nice to have some extra firepower lying around.
