@Falonefal Yes, my friend, we can do work now. Here's some more tasty funk! The Brothers Johnson "Ain't We Funkin' Now". The short version is OK, but you need the long version. It's here on YouTube, but I can't link to it...you'll have to do a search and scroll until you find it. And if you can't get the long version, skip it and go to Aurra "Are You Single". LOVE THAT BASS!! Cedric is DA MAN!! Have to put him in the same category as other great bassists...Marcus Miller, Aaron Mills, Bootsy Collins, James Alexander and probably the GREATEST, in my opinion, Larry Graham!! Listen to the Candy song by ConFunkShun...Cedric makes that song the Jam that it STILL is today!!

Hey Cirrusmajor, do you have any other mega-awesome bands like this? I've been looking for superawesome funk slap-pop bass bands for a long time but could never really find any pure funk bands. Thought you maybe had some :D

This was their biggest chart-topping album, alongside the "Spirit Of Love" album. Had a chance to meet these brothers, and they are 100% down to earth! Rest In Peace to Drummer, Louis McCall. That terrible tragedy should've never had to happen to him.
