  • How was the rim formed? Ring roller, cut from pipe or bent by hand?

  • i hand bent the rim, hook bracket, and tension hoop, all to fit each other. I know its not the best way to do it and by no means perfect... but thats what i had.

  • Very similar to some old 1800s banjos. Really cool man.

  • Sounds like a horse clip clomping along. Nice job on that banjo. Makes a good sound.

  • Your banjo has a really unique sound... that I like a lot. Good job building it!

  • Very nice congratulations, when does production begin?

  • so cool. haunted American noise!

  • Nice banjo. I like the "primitive" sound of it (IMO, at least). I've been progressively trying to get my banjo to sound a little less manufactured, more primitive / old-school like that.

Also, really nice clucking at 1:07. I can't figure out how to do the cluck.

  • Nice job on making the banjo :)
