I guess you are too dull to own any OS that needs even a minor user sense, it is a pity indeed.

@Chrisean88 So you deny having a 5 minute chat with the web based tech support tame, available in every language win is localised for, and you have reinstalled your OS instead right?
I think it is not the softwares fault than, I smell some human factor behind this.
I've also never heard of such commercial threat, that prevented a user from clearing his/her computer later on without clearing the HDD.

Wonder if dude knows apple controls less then 7% of the total computing market.
