Aikido Stage Shimamoto Shihan (8th dan) in Zevenbergen

Hard versus soft: this recording shows the basics of Aikido in soft movements and the extension of ki. When an 8th dan shows it, it looks really so easy and natural. Stage of Shimamoto Shihan (8th dan) in Zevenbergen on the 9th of October 2011.
Recording has a little bit a 'bibberitis', because I held my phone up above shoulderheight, and it took longer than I thought. Still, the important things are visible, and audible because of the translator with a microphone.
