Yo that is butter lettuce, i love that stuff, nice soft texture lots of leaf and not crunch. If you like more soft leaf in your salads rather than the crunchy stuff then butter lettuce is the best. Also great on burgers, great job.

For me, a perfect burger has Lollo-rosso lettuce, mayo spread bun and instead of ketchup/relish whateva I fry some halved cherry tomatoes with red onion in olive oil to make a kinda caramalised salsa-ey fitness... Nice vids man. Very likeable, friendly approach..feel like I could share a jeef wi' ya already! :)
