Retirement ceremony for the Colonel-Commandant of the 11'th Field Regiment, Guelph Ontario, Brigadier-General Ernest Beno. This caps a 4 day Royal Canadian Artillery Association general meeting, where Beno was the guest of honour. There were 4 Canadian Forces generals, one US army general, and many mlitary dignitaries. This was the first time in approx. 80 years so many important figures had come together here. The first clips are each general being piped in, and the inspection of the troops. Mind your volume level @ the end when the artillery guns are shot, it's LOUD - after the first shot it set off someones car alarm. The new Guelph city hall is in the background.
