I agree, the potential is massive yet the instability of the SL client, their far below par graphics rendering distance and quirky realism (characters feet sunk in the ground, trees unresing as you walk under them, etc) are killing this paradigm shift of an idea. SL needs a real competitor to inspire XBOX HALO quality graphics and collaboration. Linen isn't cutting the mustard at all here technically.
