Sorry, that's beyond both my paygrade and knowledgebase. Though I would ask how many courses are loaded in the old site? Could you collapse down the old courses into zip files in the old install? Then you could just do a fresh install on the new machine and then populate it with the courses you took from the old one.
Sort of like taking the books out of a bookshelf before moving it
