-So far this year, Only iPhone 4S has siri, i think apple will put siri on Next Gen of iPad and iPod touch( BUT NOT SURE WHAT GENERATION WILL BE AVAILABLE )

- I own an unlocked iPhone 4S and no contract at it. Siri actually works with wifi and u can also use siri on 3g network. BUT! if u dont have any monthly plan or prepaid plan on iPhone 4S siri will not be able to call and text someone.

By The Way, i use prepaid on my white iPhone 4S :) cuz i dont want to pay $65 a month.
