Tour of Sera Phi lounge from Yoga on the Dance Floor

Sera Phi lounge is a spot we got turned onto by Allan Rohdes (Parallel World). Blocks away from the Civic Center on Howard Street it's one stop shopping for the modern yogi! A Sera Lounge, two performance spaces one upstairs with a vibrational dance floor. I truly felt ecstatic while singing here! There is something special about sound rocking you from your toes and soles upwards through your body. (Will be posting a funny clip later on that). This is a wonderful space for conscious dance parties and feasting on some of the freshest and most delicious live food in the world! I was treated to a Cari Cari Lasi by the ever sweet Ariel. I highly recommend it! The music that you are hearing was put together by DJ AYO the Global Griot our featured guest on Yoga on the Dance Floor Tour 2010.
