I've never put flour in hot chocolate before....just milk and chocolate. Is this more of a puddy consistency?

Looks very nice :) I like to make chocolate custard in the winter time. :) I use the custard powder as normal and then add the Belgium-style chocolate powder for the chocolate flavour :) mmmm! :)
My friend in Fujian, China makes it by crushing up chocolate bars and adding to boiling water, then adds milk after. I think everyone can enjoy a little indulgence every once in a while. :)
