A very important part of any weight loss program is feeling good about your body and accepting the way you look; anorexic people believe they are fat, when they are in reality dangerously under-weight, and likewise those making good progress on a healthy weight loss program often still find it difficult to acknowledge the improvements in their bodies.

This video helps you to see your body in a new positive light, and accept the beauty it has. Whatever is seeded in the subconscious mind will in time verify itself and confirm to be reality.

What really happens to your body is that when you put on weight your body produces more fat cells, and when you get to your limit of the number of fat cells, those cells just get bigger. So when you lose weight, you always have the same number of cells, and never lose any. And so what that means is, that when you do lose weight by eating less you will always feel as if you're being starved, and so it's continuously hard: Your body always wants to find its natural/right weight, and it will; if your body thinks it's fat, that's what it will be. Moreover, for people who were overweight when they were children the situation will be even more so.

However, we all know how to lose weight, nothing new here; less fat, less cholesterol, more exercise etc. but what we can do that is new is twofold; firstly to address the psychological reasons we overeat/overdrink etc. (which is also why we sabotage our efforts) and then change our thinking, or fool/manipulate our subconscious mind into believing we are already slim/beautiful, because in turn, this will trick our body into finding it's new natural/right weight.

Having said that, if you want to diet (in the tradition sense), don't try to lose any more than a very smallest amount at a time, because your body won't be able to cope with it properly, and you'll end up just starving yourself all the time, and are destined to fail.

I hope that might be of some use to you. :) Let me know what you think, and any suggestions you might have.

Thanks a lot. Take care.

Yours Rob

  • best I have heard. thank you rob you have changed my life

  • You really have a talent for making videos! Keep them coming

  • About 5 years ago I lost like 80 lbs. Along with exercise and diet I used to meditate EVERY day on some of the stuff u talk about in this hypnosis (imagine you are a celebrity and morph into them) --- so I am sure this works... Unfortunately within the past 4 years I started putting the weight back on sooooo now I have to lose it again--- I'll add this in my playlist of things to listen to because the logic of how it works makes sense to me :)

  • I notice an accent that works very much in your favor. Which accent is it?

  • Is this the same script as Paul McKenna uses? It sounds very familiar but I'm not sure why!!

  • Great video :D Let's see if it can help me at all.
